Turnaround is typically within two business days. If an order isn't right, it's on us.

How does pricing work?
Our pricing is simple: $3.25 per pound with a $50 minimum. The $50 minimum covers approximately 15 pounds of laundry. Beyond that, it's $3.25 per pound. You only pay for what we actually wash.
For reference, 15 pounds is roughly one full standard household laundry basket.
What counts toward the minimum?
Everything we wash, weighed together after pickup. The minimum applies per pickup.
Is there a pickup or delivery fee?
No. Both are included within our service area.
How do I pay?
By card when you book. We place a $50 hold, not a payment. It becomes your actual total once we have weighed your laundry.

How quickly will I get my laundry back?
Typically within two business days of pickup.
How does pickup and delivery work?
You choose your day when you book. Your concierge confirms the window with you, and your laundry returns in that same window.
What if I am not home?
Your concierge agrees the window with you beforehand, so you will know when we are coming. If anything changes, reply to that message and we will rearrange.
Can I leave special instructions?
Yes. A gate code, fragile items, anything we should know. Add them when you book and they reach the person collecting your laundry.
Do you wash everything together?
No. Your order is washed on its own, never combined with another household's.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
Not at present. Proper Linen is wash and fold.
What if something isn't right?
Tell your concierge. If an order isn't right, it's on us.
